Legislative Decree No 185 of 22.05.99, in compliance with EC directive 97/7/EC on distance shopping allows the consumer to withdraw from. To exercise this right, the consumer must send, within 10 days of receiving the merchandise, a registered letter with return receipt to the operator who supplied the goods, at which you can find by clicking the Contact button in the menu below of each page. Within the same period of 10 working days the consumer must send, at its own expense, the goods that intends to return in undamaged condition to the operator. Consumers will be reimbursed the entire amount spent as quickly as possible but no later than 30 days from the date when the operator became aware of the exercise of right of withdrawal by the consumer. The consumer may not exercise the return policy in case of personalization of products ordered under Article. 5, paragraph 3 of that Act.
