Training System: Guyot.
Harvest Period: Half September.
Vinification: Soft crushing, fermentation in stainless steel vats under controlled temperature.
Ageing: In stainless steel vats for 4 months on natural yeats.
Serving Temperature: 10-12 °C
Consumption: Wine rich in aromas with a good structure and a great finish in mouth. Perfect young or after a few years.
Colour: Straw yellow with greenish reflections.
Bouquet: A precious wedding between spring fruits and flowers. Nectarine, banana, hazelnut, broom and camomille are the most important notes of the bouquet.
Flavour: Acidity and tanginess express with sincerity the terroir and the varieties. The great smoothness, obtained thanks to advanced vinification techniques, gives a perfect balance to this wine.
Food Matching: Ideal with pasta, risotto, white meats, fish and seafood, soups, quiches, soft cheese and cold cuts.
