MV Zero Selection is an assemblage of Sangiovese, Merlot and Cabernet (Sauvignon & Franc) grapes. The roughly 50% of Sangiovese was fermented and aged in stainless steel tanks, the other 50% of Merlot and Cabernet during 12 months in seasoned French oak.

The new wine from the Zero CO2 emissions farm.
The MV Zero bottle is produced by the Italian vinery Monte Vibiano, the first in Italy and one of the first in the world to achieve ZERO greenhouse emissions, in accordance with international standard ISO 14064 since 2009 as certified by DNV, one of the world’s leading certification bodies. This goal is achieved exclusively by a company through an ecological strategy and restructuring, without the purchase of carbon credits.
The Italian Ministry of Environment has evaluated the impacts (carbon and water footprint and vineyard management) of all the entire life cycle of this product by a new standard called VIVA sustainable wine

MV Zero Selection is an assemblage of Sangiovese, Merlot and Cabernet (Sauvignon & Franc) grapes. The roughly 50% of Sangiovese was fermented and aged in stainless steel tanks, the other 50% of Merlot and Cabernet during 12 months in seasoned French oak. 
After blending the wine, has rested for another 12 months in stainless steel tanks before being bottled. 
We have used a very light bottle and a biological natural cork in order respect our aim to constantly diminish all impact on the surroundings. 
PRODUCTION: 20.000 bottles 
ALCOHOL CONT. VOL.: 14,5% 
FORMAT: 75cl only
